I've written a new Windows 3.0 application that has been uploaded to
cica.cica.indiana.edu
It's in a zip file called runit10.zip
It runs as an icon and lets you launch application real fast. It is
much faster than the Program Manager RUN command from the pulldown
menu, or File Manager. I've included a doc file (in Write format)
that further explains the program and gives instructions on how to use
it.
