I just got my computer from Gateway and I like it, except I can't print from windows. I get an error like can't print to lpt1. I can print from dos, or from another program(outside of windows). Is there something strange going on from Gateway when they install it? Has anyone had this problem? Any help would be really welcome, as it's almost time to print that paper up!!!!
