There's a package out there called "viewicon" that contains three different programs to work with icons. I've picked up two different copies from two different sites at two different sites. In both cases, when I run it on my system (a 16MHz 386 with a Paradise EGA board), it tells me that EGA or VGA is required and won't run! I've tried running it with and without the /e switch to tell it I've got an EGA, but with no success.
