I have a strange printer called a BX-80 from the company BMC. It operates with (as far as I can tell without an Epson manual) the same codes as an Epson LX-80. The problem is, its graphics density is 160dpi instead of the 120 or 240 allowed by the Epson 9pin driver. This is a real pain with windows. My questions are these: Is there a driver available for this printer? Is there a better generic driver which allowes more codes (italics?) and graphics capabilities? Are there any simple changes I can make to the driver to allow it to work in 160dpi mode? If all else fails, how do I write my own driver? -- _____ Two elephants fell off a cliff.
