I am using Win 3 in enh mode and I use terminal in windows to some events and then I use other modem controlling programs for those others. My problem is when I start program that uses modem in DOS window, windows ask which program should keep the modem (i.e COM3) Occasionally I'd prefer to change the owner of COM3 without killing programs from running but I have not found a way to do that. is there any ?
