[comp.windows.ms] Using Hex values in Excel?

Is there a way in Excel to use Hex numbers in a 
spreadsheet?  Maybe a macro to convert decimal to hex and
back?  I need to calculate gains for a motor controller
for one of our underwater vehicles and to burn the Hex
values into PROM.  Since these will change with different
loads, I am setting up a spreadsheet to Calculate the gain
values.  I would be nice if I could display the values in
Hex.
