[comp.windows.ms] DLL's for graphics?

Does anyone know of general purpose DLL's for doing graphics (ala Harvard
Graphics) that could be used in a business application?  I am interested
in basic bar chart, pie chart, line charts, etc.

I would require source license. (I.e. I would like to modify the source
if necessary.)
