[comp.windows.ms] Use of Windows on DOS 3.3 vs. DOS 4.01

Can anyone tell me the advantages/disadvantages of running
Windows 3.0 on DOS 3.3 vs running it on DOS 4.01?
(I can setup my system with either DOS 3.3 or DOS 4.01 and
am trying to decide which is best for Windows 3.0).

Replies to me please (that way I don't miss any in case I miss reading
comp.windows.ms on any given day and our spooler throws away stuff
to save disk space).  If I get any interesting answers, I will summarize
to the net.
