Can anyone recommend a good Novell network print spooler which works well with Windows? We currently run LANspool, but are finding that the VAP on the file server frequently dies, forcing a reboot of the file server. LANspool's tech support has been friendly but has not come up with any constructive solutions to our problem. Obviously we can not continue to bring down 100 workstations once or twice a week... We need a print spooler which can handle about 20 printers attached to various workstations (and/or dedicated print server machines) throughout the company. People from as many as 20 machines may print to a single shared network printer. Almost all of our machines run Windows 3.0, so the software must work well with Windows on both the machine doing the printing and on the workstation where the printer is attached. Please respond via e-mail if possible. I will summarize all responses and will post them back to the net.
