I am afraid that you are probably out of luck. Last year I contacted
Microsoft who said that they had no such driver or plans to generate one. I
contacted Star, who said that the Star Gemini 10 printer emulated a Star Delta,
and to use that driver. However, this does not work either. Annoying, as the
Gemini is a workhorse printer and will probably run forever.

I recently sold my SX computer to my daughter, who wants to use it
with her old printer. It as an 11 year old Star Gemini 10 pinter.
She would like to use it with Windows3. There is no such driver
in the setup routines. Anyone got one?

Hi!

Go ask your grandma if she still has the Windows version 1.0 ;-> You'll
find there the SG10.DRV, which will do the job, although with the problems
associated with using the applications made for older versions of Windows
(ie. you will have to retouch it for Windows 3.0 using the MARK.EXE from
Windows SDK or the corresponding PD program, and you'll have to be prepared
to remake all of the settings when printing the first time during a Windows
session, because the driver won't save them).

I'm using it in Windows' standard (or 80286) mode; there may be some extra
problems with enhanced mode, but I haven't tried.
