[comp.windows.ms] vector font format

I hope this isn't a dumb question, but is there anyone out there that
knows (or has seen doc) on the format of Vector fonts under Windows.

All that I have seen is the Raster/Vector bit in the font definition.
Not really a lot to go on!

Any replies would be appreciated.
