[comp.windows.ms] Postscipt driver for Tektronix Phaser PX?

Hi netters,
    We will be buying a color postscript printer in the next few
months. I have narrowed down the choices to:

QMS Colorscript (expensive, but compatable with both Mac's and Win3)
Tektronix Phaser PX (half the cost, but can't find a driver for Win3)

    Is there a color postscript driver for the Tectronix Phaser PX? 
Are there other printers I should be considering and why?
