	Does anyone have information on a 'C' library, linkable library,
	utility, gadget, specification, or otherwise on converting
	Postscript to Rich-Text Format (as in Microsoft Word).

	I would appreciate any related help, or on other ways to
	convert Postscript to editable formats.
