I've read a little about Word for Windows 1.1a and wish to upgrade. After
phoning the Word Support Group in Seattle, I've found that I have to upgrade my
Canadian WfW here in Canada.
So, how does one go about doing so? I phoned Microsoft Canada a few weeks ago
but they hadn't even HEARD or WfW 1.1a! After waiting on hold (long distance!)
for five minutes, I gave up and decided to give Microsoft USA a try.
Sigh...
Any help would be _greatly_ appreciated.
