[comp.windows.ms] Color of polygons/rocks on hDC screensaver

ggreenbe@rodan.acs.syr.edu (Gerald Greenberg) (05/20/91)

I've got the screensaver from hDC FirstApps running on a
monochrome system. It has the polygons/rocks appearing as
dark on a totally white background...Is there some way to make
the background dark, with the polygons/rocks white? As far as
I can tell from the manual, the only way to mess around with
the color in the screensaver is if you want to use a bitmap
graphic saver...
Thanks very much in advance.

Try changing the colors of "windows text" and "window background" using
the "colors" part of the control panel. This works for some programs.

Thanks for the suggestion, Eric. Unfortunately, this is one
of the programs for which this trick doesn't work. Anybody
else have an idea how to make the background dark and the
polygons/stars light in the hDC FirstApps screensaver?
