I hope there is someone out there that has solved this one. I have an 80286 with 4 meg and an SCSI Hdd by Seagate Bios rev 3.0.0 dated 1989. My config.sys contains ansi, files, buffers, himem, dmdvr.sys (d: in the scsi) and a driver to set up the parameters for my 1.44 to run as a 720k. The problem is; whenever config goes to execute ramdrive.sys from the windows package the system locks up. Won't warm boot. front panel reset (cold boot) also fails to completely reset the system.
