[comp.windows.ms] Diskless Workstations and Win3 Question

My division is thinking about purchasing diskless 386 workstations ( because 
of the savings -- it is basically a 2 for 1 deal ) to hook up to our growing
Novell network and we have a couple of concerns

1.  Will Windows work with them:  In specific is there going to be any problem
    with swapping to a non-local disk drive (the file server in this case)
    ( This is the big one ....)

2.  Does anyone have experience in general with the diskless workstations

3.  The low price at this point seems to be from Gateway, does any one have any
    comments about them.

include usual plea to reduce net traffic extolling the virtue of mail vs posting
