First, here's my configuration: PS/2 Model 70, 4Megs Ram, Logitech ScanMan Plus, SmartDrive configured for a 1 Meg cache, 4Meg Permanent Swapfile. Here's the problem: When trying to use the scanner from within Paintbrush IV Plus I keep getting a system-integrity violation when in Windows 3.0, or a stack fault when running from DOS. I've tried using the Stack command in my config.sys file with the maximum parameters with no luck. I'm thinking the program just needs more memory allocated to it. Has anyone gotten this configuration to work? Especially when running PB IV+ from within Windows. If anyone has could they send me their .PIF file for Paintbrush or tell me what's in it? Any help would be appreciated, I have a few ideas of my own, but I won't be able to try them for a while anyway since my computer's not here right now. Thanx in advance, Scot Forbes psycho@cs.ucsb.edu
