This could be a Public Domain, Shareware, or Commercial package. I am interested in bring a large number of people up to speed with Windows 3.0, quickly and with the least amount of pain. As I recall, it is about $40, and includes a Windows tutorial, and some tips on how to set up Windows. I haven't tried it myself.
