First of all, let me say that I love all the responses I've gotten to my posting about my Starion. This is the first time I've had anyone actually reply to my bragging with FACTS! What's the net coming to? :-) Several people have written about the current crop of Ford Mustangs: both the GT and the SVO. Some people claim that the GT offers similar options for (at most) $12,000. Another car mentioned was the Chrysler Laser: someone claimed that it offered more features for about the same price as the Starion. OK, I have egg on my face. The only excuse I can offer (and it is a cheap excuse) is that neither of these cars was available when I bought the Starion... I'd like to thank you folks for the info - now I know which cars to look at when I go shopping for a new car. "When the going gets tough, the tough go shopping..."
