[comp.windows.ms] comparison of windows dev. tools?

Dear Netters,

Has anyone critically compared the development tools that allegedly 
write all of the menial windows code for you? In particular, I've seen
advertised:

Actor
WindowsMAKER
CASE:W

Their advertised prices are pretty disparate, so I was hoping to get pointers
to reviews, or hear of first hand experience.
