Hello, world. Logitech Ansel is the Win 3 program supplied with ScanMan products to manipulate scanned images. I have Ansel version 1.0 and a ScanMan 256. My problem is that while it will print OK to a LaserJet IIP, I get blank pages when I try to print to a LaserJet IIIP. (2P driver: V.3.4, date 9-20-90. 3P driver: V.3.77, date 4-10-91.) It's not insurmountable: I can save a .BMP file and print using Win Paintbrush. (Or even change drivers!) But it is a deficiency. Am I doing something wrong? Or is this a bug? Anyone else have this problem? Or access to Logitech support (a bit far to phone from here!)? Any suggestions?
