[comp.windows.ms] Controlling Size of File Manager Window

Hi,
   I wold like to know if there is a way to control the size of the
File Manager window.  Specifically, I would like to be able to set
the size of the File Manager window itself as well as the 
windows within the File Manager.  Is there a way to do this?  It should
be possible, because the Program Manager does it.  Any insight would be
helpful.
