[comp.windows.ms] Fast comm driver for windows

Are there any drivers available to allow Windows to run serial ports at
57600 baud (commercial or otherwise)?  

If not, does the device driver kit from Microsoft provide enough information
to write one?  I've written DOS device drivers, but not a single line of
code for Windows.
