Hi Jim if you manage to read this. I have a question for you. On my Compaq 386/20e PC at work I have my Windows desktop set to None, and it shows up as a light gray. Fine, no problem. At home I have a Vega VGA card with the same setup (desktop None) but it shows up as a light purple or blue. Do you have any idea why it isn't light gray like at work? I'm guessing I have an old video BIOS but not sure. I believe its from 1988 so probably old. I'd appreciate any info you have. Take care, Al Rovner Tektronix Inc. Beaverton, Ore

You can in the colors section even though you have no background.
