The good news: It's fundamental virtue is that it is an attempt to merge
the plethora of existing versions. It contains (most of) the features of
the following versions:

A beta test version is available by anonymous ftp from
tut.cis.ohio-state.edu, under the name pub/dvi3ps.tar.Z.
(It's location here is temporary; it should eventually be moved
to pub/tex/dvi3ps.tar.Z.) The same version will become available
(soon, I hope) from june.cs.washington.edu, under the name
tmp/dvi3ps.tar.Z.
