[comp.archives] Network info... Now available

[The following was found on a local newsgroup that has things from
the CERFnet mailing list.  You should probably check if they are
available from your regonal NSFnet before ftping from CERFnet.
CERFnet is the southern California regonal NSFnet run from the
San Diego Supercomputer Center.  Reposted without permission,
it was already missing the originating address when I got it.

Now available at via anonymous ftp to sds.sdsc.edu at the CERFnet NIC, is an
article that compiles and describes the routing principles used by the agency
IP backbones in their relationships with other networks. This article is
written by Scott Brim of Cornell University. The article is available in the
subdirectory [.cerfnet_info] and filename [IP_backbones.txt].

Also, available via anonymous ftp to sds.sdsc.edu is an updated version of the
Internet Accessible Library and Database Catalogs by Dr. Art St. George and Ron
Larsen. The catalog is available in postscript and text versions.  The catalog
is in the [.cerfnet_news] subdirectory and filenames
[internet_accessible_catalog.txt] and internet_accessible_catalog.ps].
