Although the manual which contains the MAIL$ routines was mentioned a
few times in the VMS 5 doc set, the manual was never released.  An
unofficial/undocumented/uneverything guide to using Callable Mail can be
found in the anonymous FTP account on node DFTSRV.GSFC.NASA.GOV
(128.183.10.134) in subdirectory "vms".
