Caveat FTPor, FTPer beware!

The instructions given by Geoff Collyer to get C news and associated patches
in a previous message don't quite work and should read as follows:

The current cnews.Z can currently always be retrieved by anonymous ftp from
neat.cs.toronto.edu in file pub/cnews.Z and the complete set of patches can
also be found on neat.cs.toronto.edu in the directory pub/cnews.patches.
For people with broken name servers: neat.cs.toronto.edu is 128.100.1.65
FTP during our peak hours (13h00-17h00 Eastern) is not encouraged.

(The locations given by Geoff are not visible under the fake root you get
when FTPing anonymously. Geoff himself owns those files and is responsible
for updating them until which time zoo.toronto.edu asks for its A record and
runs its own anonymous FTP).
