The two largest/main sources of information for online systems that I have
found are:

Online card catalog systems that can be accessed through the internet - send the
	message "GET INTERNET LIBRARY" to listserv@unmvm.  The list will be
	mailed to you.

Internet Resource Guide - anon ftp from nnsc.nsf.net.  Chapter 2 is library
	catalogs.
