In article <1674@xn.LL.MIT.EDU>, seibert@XN (seibert) writes:
`Roman numeral page numbers (i, ii, iii, iv) should be centered
`at the bottom of the page. How can I make LaTeX put them there
`instead of the top? Thanks for help!
You can use fancyheadings.sty to change the header/footer to almost
anything you might want. It is available in the clarkson archives, or in
ours { FTP from sol.cs.ruu.nl [131.211.80.5], file
pub/TEX/latexstyle/fancyheadings.sty (and .doc), or get it from our
mail-server by sending the message: send latexstyle/fancyheadings.sty
to mail-server@cs.ruu.nl (and similar for fancyheadings.doc)}
