Thanks to a plethora of responses, I've been able to determine that sources are available at the following 2 sites: simtel20.arpa (26.2.0.74) in the directory pd1:<msdos.ddjmag> and terminator.cc.umich.edu (35.1.33.8) in msdos/ddjourn.
