	A 16 bit version is available for anonymous ftp from
husc6.harvard.edu (128.103.1.56) in pub/pcip/compress.{exe,c}.
The .exe file was compiled with MSC 4.0 and run through exepack.
This compress has not been tested with any other compiler version.
