Try rusmv1.rus.uni-stuttgart.de (129.69.1.12), directory
soft/tex/emtex. There's my complete emTeX package, including
METAFONT and all companion programs. emTeX runs on MS-DOS,
PC-DOS and OS/2. Sorry, the manuals are in German.

Is there any volunteer who wants to translate the manuals to English?
