Geoff,

You can pick up a packet driver for these cards from 

tandem.com ~ftp/hamradio/pclana.arc

This packet driver was never sent to Russ for general distribution,
since I was hoping these darn cards would disappear from the face
of the earth.

Just one of the problems encountered is the card consistently advertises 
buffers it doesn't have.

However, N6GN and I were able to use a pair of them as part of a 2Mbps
10 GHz packet radio link.  See the Dec '89 issue of Ham Radio.
