Version 1.0.1 of the Microsoft/3Com NDIS spec is available for
anonymous FTP from vax.ftp.com (128.127.2.100) in
pub/ndis-max.v101.txt. This is not the latest version, however:
Version 2 has been circulated, with major additions in functionality,
and I have reviewed a draft of v2.0.1. I don't know of any place you
can get these later versions machine-readable, except perhaps via
Microsoft or 3Com.
