	1) ftp from prep.ai.mit.edu . You must set mode to binary, and you
must have the programs DECOMPRESS and TAR2VMS or something similar for
VMS in order to uncompress and untar the distribution file.

	2) ftp from one of the utah nodes, cc.utah.edu, science.utah.edu,
or ctrsci.utah.edu . Here you can get an executable copy of DECOMPRESS,
and a compressed VMS BACKUP distribution file. Again must use binary
mode with ftp.

	3) If neither of these work, I can make you a backup tape of
our distribution if you will send me the tape.
