Well, that was quicker than I thought. Like, five minutes.
The Cakewalk sequences and the FB-01 patches are now available for
download by anonymous FTP from mcs213k.cs.umr.edu.
Look in pub/midi/fb-01,
pub/midi/mt-32,
and pub/midi/cakewalk.
Of course, the mt-32 directory is empty. See previous post.
If anyone wants to donate their stuff, directories are set up to accomodate
you generosity. You may upload to
incoming/midi/fb-01, mt-32, cakewalk, or other.
The cakewalk songs are in zipped format, and the fb-01 patches are all arced
into one 170k+ file. The cakewalk songs are in individual files. The fb-01
patches are in midiex format, configured to be dumped to bank1, with your
synth system channel set to #1. MIDIEX means you can dump one of these banks
directly from within cakewalk 3.0.
