I have updated the archive of back news articles on cu-arpa.cs.cornell.edu:
	ftp cu-arpa.cs.cornell.edu
	anonymous / any password
	binary
	get comp.sys.isis/xxx-xxx.TAR.Z
do a 
	dir comp.sys.isis
to see the range of article numbers for each file.

I also updated the file
	comp.sys.isis/v21.ports
on the same machine; this describes the procedure for porting ISIS
to your favorite home-brew UNIX environment.  By now, ports are
getting pretty old-hat...  Remember to send us the changes so we
can include them in future ISIS releases.
