Probably the best method to blind high-beam idiots tailing you is to mount a mirror in your rear window. It only has to be aimed once. From then on, it will automatically give all high beam idiots a taste of their own medicine with no action required from you! Also works on tailgaters at night, since even low beams are pretty bad when he's close enough. One caveat: Some people would rather get even than get mad. (Like us? :-)) On one trip, I used the rear view mirror on a few clowns with their brights on, with success.
