Am I missing something, or just some >> of the software? The file labrea.stanford.edu:pub/imaketex101.tar.Z contains only the web2c programs and the imake system for TeX on Unix machines. You must also ftp the files in some of the directories in labrea.stanford.edu:pub/tex. Read the file IMAKETEX.README in the top level directory of imaketex101.tar.Z. It tells you what directories you need (actually you don't need fonts even though it says so). Please send bug reports to ramsdell@mitre.org. John I am a member of one of those organization where getting a $150 check costs much more than $150.
