You can get dxrn via anonymous ftp to gatekeeper.dec.com, in 
pub/DEC/dxrn.share.

The xrn on shalabha is for X11R4.  DECwindows is based on X11R3.
Lots of include files were changed, routine names changes, etc between
R3 and R4.
