It's been a while so I've updated my distribution.

In the file dvitools.tar.Z on ftp.win.tue.nl (anonymous ftp)
one can find 3 drivers, with a makefile for
SCO Xenix 286 and a makefile for most other unixes (32bit).
- dvi2ps: a rather old version, but it works on a 286.
- dvi2nec: driver for NEC P5,6,7,9 and compatible printers. uses pk fonts
(360dpi). does not know about specials.
- preview: previewer for SCo Xenix 286 (EGA) and Unix sVr3.2 (EGA,
VGA and VDC-600 with AT&T Unix).

The file does *not* include fonts. (but you can easily generate them
with metafont)

Enjoy!
