John has made valiant efforts, but has found the demands on his time too great to continue. I have made diffs between gcc-1.37.1 and his code. Unfortunately, the diffs consisted of over 3MB of text! I am not motivated at this time to try to simplify the differences to include the essential changes, so I am making the compressed diff file available as-is. Any hackers interested in continuing this effort will find the patches in wuarchive:pub/gcc-ms86.diff.Z (128.252.135.4). I can direct you to the full gcc-ms86.tar.Z file if you are interested.
