There is a version of tcsh-5.18 for ftp on
	tesla.ee.cornell.edu
that has support for input and output of 8 bit characters. It is eight-bit
clean (selectable by the setting of a variable, or at compile time).

This version is also supposed to run on SunOS 4.1, although I have not tested
this (we are still at SunOS 4.0.3).
