JOBLOG is a terminal session logger, based on PHOTO, that provides for
secure log files. This can be handy for homework assignments because an
instructor knows that the user didn't edit the log file before turning it in.
It also fixes a bug in PHOTO that causes VT220 terminals to hang under
certain situations.

Since there has been so much debate about posting sources in comp.os.vms,
I've decided to 1) make it available via anonymous FTP from gumby.cc.wmich.edu
(35.132.1.114) in the pub/vms/joblog directory, and 2) post it vmsnet.sources.

I'm willing to send e-mail copies to people who aren't able to get it FTP
or from vmsnet.sources.
