In either a mail message or interactive, send the command VMS NAME-ROUTER031.A VMS NAME-ROUTER031.B The files are also available for anonymous ftp from midget.towson.edu (131.118.70.11) in pub/name-router. In both cases, you can just retrieve the doc file (NR-GUIDE.TXT) if you want. I have already extracted that from the save set for those who want to look at it first.
