I've FTP'd updated copies (minor bug fixes and/or feature additions) of the
following utilities to the submissions directory of the cs.orst.edu archive:
Homophones: Fixed a bug in the -b option so it is now possible to regenerate
the homophone database yourself. Added some code to expand optional
pronunciations ( /(')wich/ => /'wich/ & /wich/ ) which increases the number of
(unique) homophone sets by ~ 10%. Thanks for all the interesting letters!
MOTD: Finally fixed the MOTD window so that it comes up as the key window
when used as a LoginHook so you can cancel it with just a <RETURN>. Added a
preference that can be set to force the window to display the motd file every
time and ignore the code to check if the file has already been seen.
ShellPanel: Added a new 'Menu' command that provides a wrapper around a
NextStep menu as requested by Erik Hennum. Comments on this are welcome.
