Warning to all ftp administrators: if you have a tar file
called vmirc.tar.Z or similar on your ftp site, please
remove this file. (FYI: This code is related to the Internet Relay
Chat, IRC, server program.)
The software contained in this tar archive was placed under GPL
(original author Jarkko Oikarinen <jto@ousrvr.oulu.fi>,
modifications and completely new code by Armin Gruner
<gruner@informatik.tu-muenchen.de>).
The modified sources were not yet meant to be officially released
(and explicitly forbidden to be further redistributed until the
official release), and all copyrights on the files in this tar
archive have been removed by a person not being one of the authors!
Therefore please remove this tar archive, and wait for the official
release which will hopefully appear within this year.
