  the Vectrex archive is available for ftp at csus.edu.  Just type

  ftp csus.edu

     then log in as anonymous and send anything as a password
     then type:

  cd vectrex
  get vectrex.tar.Z


keep in mind that the archive is about 779K but it's packed full of information.
